I had this company replace an aging heat pump. The representative presented all of our options with prices. There were no high pressure tactics used to attempt to sell me “more”. The technicians arrived on time. They were very professional and efficient. They finished the work in a timely manner and left everything clean and neat. Afterwards a representative made a follow up visit to make sure we were satisfied. He also checked all of the work to make sure everything was done properly. I have used different HVAC companies in the past with, being nice, less than satisfactory results. I have now found the company I will use for any HVAC work from now on, and will recommend them to friends and family without hesitation.

Very well respected group they didn’t rush me in any kind of way in making a decision to buy and made sure I understood the unit. They showed me how to work it and program the settings and helped me download the app on my phone. I was very happy with everything from beginning to end and will tell everyone to buy from Beech Island Appliance service.

When our 23 year old Trane finally began to fail we called Beech Island Appliance. We decided to purchase a new unit and Josh was a great help!
